“I’m pleased to share my experience in working with Jeffrey Lines and Mario Salas. I had known Mario for several years and when visiting with him one afternoon I mentioned that my family and I were planning to move to Los Angeles by the end of 2024 to start fresh in our new city and home in 2025. He immediately introduced me to Jeffrey Lines and we got to work shortly after devising a strategy to sell our home in South San Francisco and purchase a home in Los Angeles. Jeffrey and Mario met with my husband and me and shared an aggressive plan to get our home ready and on the market, with a timeline of specific tasks that we needed to complete and things that Jeffrey and Mario would complete. Mario then staged our home beautifully with a mix of our own furniture and beautiful accessories. Jeffrey and Mario also assisted us with purchasing our home in Los Angeles. They carefully reviewed the list of homes I had shared with them from my own research online and shared some other listings for us to consider. We narrowed the list and went to LA to view the homes. They did excellent prep work on the homes, previewing several in-person and ruling some out because they wouldn’t meet our needs. We toured the top two homes and decided to make an offer on one of them. Jeffrey did a great job working with the former owner/seller and lender to secure the home of our dreams for us.
